Residential Utility Consumer OfficeRUCO Director Patrick Quinn
On Thursday, January 3, 2013, Governor Jan Brewer announced the appointment of Patrick Quinn as the Director of the Residential Utility Consumer Office.
Prior to his appointment as Director, Mr. Quinn had been President of Quinn and Associates since 2008 and had testified on behalf of RUCO as an expert witness in the CenturyLink deregulation proceeding (RUCO's participation in that case resulted in a settlement agreement that was approved by the Arizona Corporation Commission). Mr. Quinn served as President of Qwest Arizona from 2002 to 2008.
Mr. Quinn replaced Jodi A. Jerich, who assumed the duties of Executive Director of the Arizona Corporation Commission on Monday, January 7, 2013.
